- I pledge to develop the highest quality standards of customer service and nurture long-term relationships with all of my customers.
- I pledge to honor my word in my estimates and all job warranties to all of my customers.
- I pledge not to discriminate against any person regardless of age, race, religion or sexuality. I commit to treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion.
